MUST Graduate Academy has been in existence for the past 10 years. The college has weathered a myriad of storms and vagaries of all manner including the most recent global covid pandemic. MUST is a leader in health sciences anchored by the ever-popular Health Promotions Officer and Home-Based Care certificates. The college currently has a capacity of 500 full time students covering, health, business, engineering and matric rewrites. The college intends to serve more students across South Africa first and later expand into the region and eventually into the continent. The growth will be underpinned by full utilization of ICTs, employment of talented faculty and adherence to good corporate governance and relevant laws. This strategic plan will cover the next 5 years to 2028 and will be focused on; growth and diversity; quality and impact; partnerships and relationships; skills and technology; sustainability and profitability.

While we acknowledge the role played by the faculty of health along the years, we believe we are in a risky place as we have put all our eggs in one basket. If suddenly the health sciences become less popular, the college will surely feel the knock. We therefore are aware of the risks inherent in our current situation and are geared to fully grow all current faculties and introduce new programs. While sustenance is a definite priority, we believe a broadening of our offerings will surely enable us to achieve our mission and vision.

Faculties and programs under scrutiny are ICT, Visual and Performing arts, Nursing, High School and more programs in engineering. Learners and staff are our lifeline as such we will thrive to ensure we provide the best in all for them. We intend to ensure we retain the best facilitators and we equally ensure we increase the percentage of leaners who successfully graduate across faculties’.
